Each bungalow is equipped with two Freeview TVs with DVDs (32 inch and 22 inch). The kitchen areas have electric cookers, microwaves, washing machines. Wi-Fi available through out.

Two local hotels with restaurants, one hotel is nearby and has two tennis courts and an 18 hole Golf Course.

The cottages are in between Mablethorpe and Chapel St Leonards. The Seal Sanctuary Wildlife Centre and the Loewen Cinema are to be found in Mablethorpe. The market towns of Alford, Spilsby and Louth are few miles inland on the way to the Lincolnshire Wolds. Cadwell Motor Racing Park is also not far away in the Wolds. Up the coast there are coastal seaside resorts of Chapel st Leonards, Ingoldmells and Skegness.

Seal pups can be seen every November and December at Donna Nook National Nature Reserve.

Bus stop on the main bus route from Skegness, Chapel St Leonards to Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe. This service also connects with Louth market town.
